ONTARIO, Calif. — The $4.1 million American Airlines Federal Credit Union has chosen CO-OP Financial Services for ATM driving and debit card processing. The credit union has more than 204,000 members, 131 ATM's and more than five million debit cards.
The CU already participates in CO-OP Networks' 25,000 surcharge-free and deposit-taking ATM Network. In addition to expanding their services with CO-OP to include full EFT processing, AA Credit Union has also partnered with CO-OP on two programs to deploy ATMs at LAX Airport in Los Angeles and the Salt Lake City Airport in Utah.
Located in Fort Worth, Texas, AA Credit Union was founded in 1936 by a small group of American Airlines employees and has grown to more than $4 billion in assets. AA Credit Union became a CO-OP member-shareholder in 1999.
