ALEXANDRIA, Va. — The schedule for upcoming Outreach Task Force town hall meetings was recently released by NCUA Board Member Gigi Hyland, who is heading up the task force. The purpose of the town halls is to gather input from credit unions, credit union leagues and other interested parties relating to credit union outreach and whether and how to track it. The Outreach Task Force stems from NCUA's Member Service Assessment Pilot Program (MSAP), which was requested both by Congress and the Government Accountability Office.
