ATLANTA — Delta Community Credit Union has promoted Todd Marksberry to executive vice president and chief operations officer.

Marksberry's responsibilities will include leading the $2.4 billion CU's consumer and real estate lending, member service & loyalty, business services, marketing, business & community development, branch & call center operations, e-commerce and investment, insurance and trust services teams. He was formerly senior vice president of operations at Delta Community.

Marksberry serves in the industry as a board member for the Georgia Credit Union League and the Georgia Credit Union Foundation. He is a member of the Georgia Credit Union Affiliates' Financial Task Force, and the Advocacy Policy Committee. In 2006, Marksberry was named to a three-year term on the Filene Institute's i3 Innovation Group.
