ARLINGTON, Va. — NAFCU Services Corporation has joined forces with Wolters Kluwer Financial Services to offer credit unions a free Webcast on one of the hottest topics of the day: Bank Secrecy Act due diligence.
The Webcast, accessible at www.nafcu.org/WKFSwebcast, covers the various components of due diligence in BSA compliance and how credit unions can assess risk related to member relationships, ongoing monitoring, filing Suspicious Activity Reports and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Emerging BSA issues related to Internet-based and global transactions will also be discussed.
