PHOENIX — Desert Schools Federal Credit Union, in partnership with Elan Financial Services has named Stephanie Parker the grand prize winner in its Visa Card "Wanted" promotion.
In an effort to promote its Visa card that offers member rewards ranging from cash to travel merchandise, the credit union ran a fun Western themed campaign.
Developed by Elan, the promotion featured creative "Wanted" posters and online ads inviting members to "Hit pay dirt while you pay dirt cheap". From July 5 to August 31, 2006, members applied for the card online or at any Desert Schools branch location for a chance to receive the grand prize of $5,000 cash and 0% APR for six months.

Parker, who is attending Arizona State University with a major in Business Management, says she feels "like the richest student on campus."
