Lawrenceville, Ga. — Gwinnett Federal Credit Union will be opening a new branch location in Jefferson City, Ga..

The Jackson County branch will be the seventh location for the credit union.

With six offices already operating in Winder, Suwanee, Lawrenceville, Lilburn, and Loganville the 1,200 square-foot facility is part of the credit union's expansion plans focused on offering more convenience and better service to members.

The Jefferson branch will have a drive-up ATM, safe deposit boxes, night drop and drive-through windows.

"We intend to continue opening new branches to meet the needs of our members in the communities that we serve," said Gwinnett FCU President/CEO Marshall Boutwell. "The very foundation of our credit union's existence is based on personal service. Future branches will ensure that we carry our tradition forward."
