ELGIN, Ill. — Orlando Federal Credit Union will expand its lending capabilities with the help of Lending Solution Inc.'s 24/7 call center services. The services run through Lending Solution's National Loan Processing Center.
Lending Solutions provides lending center services for credit unions across North America. It currently serves more than 400 credit unions, processing loan applications 24/7 both over the phone and Internet. The company's other Florida-based credit union customers include Eastern Financial Florida Credit Union in Miramar, Fla., Florida Credit Union in Gainesville, Fla., and MacDill Federal Credit Union in Brandon, Fla.
The $135 million Orlando FCU has more than 22,500 members and seven locations throughout the city of Orlando and the Orange County area, including shared service centers in East and West Orlando.
