MONETT, Mo. — When U.S. Central Credit Union discontinued providing data processing services for corporate credit unions, Corporate Central Credit Union was left with a decision to make.

Corporate Central recently announced that it has contracted with Symitar for core data processing where Symitar will provide service to the credit union through its Episys-based service bureau offering. Corporate Central Credit Union has been using Symitar's corporate data processing solution through U.S. Central Credit Union for more than two years. U.S. Central had previously offered corporate credit unions the Episys system as a core processing platform, but it recently chose to discontinue providing data processing services for corporate credit unions.

"Our conversion to Symitar's Episys system provided the features and functions we needed to meet the requirements of our members," explained Robert Fouch, president/CEO of Corporate Central. "Our staff also was strategically involved in the development of the unique functional enhancements that were needed to support the complex front and back office operations of a corporate credit union, including a fully integrated, browser-based front-end application that enables our members to easily manage their funds."
