SAN MATEO, Calif. — TriCipher Inc. will be providing risk-based authentication security to the more than 10 million credit card accounts handled by PSCU Financial Services.
The nation's largest CUSO will deploy the TriCipher Armored Credential System (TACS) as part of its InfoLinkPlus service, providing an authentication solution for access to online credit card information that meets FFIEC guidelines.
Integration ease and protection against emerging threats as "man in the middle" and "man in the browser" attacks also were cited in the CUSO's decision to sign with TriCipher.

"The flexibility of TriCipher's solution will enable us to easily deploy and manage different levels and methods of authentication and is highly scalable, supporting future growth in the number of online users," says Kenton Potterton, Florida-based PSCU's director of credit services and product development.
