COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — The $90 million Decibel Community Credit Union has merged into $2 billion Ent Credit Union.
Members approved the merger Dec. 18, which became effective Jan. 1, and adds more than 16,000 Decibel members to Ent's 176,000-member base. The consolidation of member information and systems will be completed by April 2007, according to Ent.
"Individually DCCU and Ent are financially strong; working together, we offer the resources and capacity to raise member service to a new level," said Charles Emmer, Ent president/CEO.
