MAPLE GROVE, Minn. — TopLine Federal Credit Union has broken ground on its new Brooklyn Park branch in the new Park Place Promenade development.

Brooklyn Park is the fourth-largest city in the Twin Cities metropolitan area and the sixth largest in the state. Its Park Place Promenade, a 413,800 square-foot project currently under construction, is being developed by Solomon Real Estate Group and H.J. Development, Inc.

"We are very pleased to offer our many members who live near the new site more convenient access to their credit union and we look forward to offering our services to people in the Brooklyn Park community," said Harry Carter, TopLine president/CEO.

The full service 5,300 square-foot facility will be the fifth TopLine branch in the Twin Cities area and will include mortgages, business services and investment services.

Jill Winkler, TopLine's primary architect and project coordinator at design/build firm HTG Architects, said, "The eye-catching design of TopLine's new branch will be a beautiful complement to the surrounding new retail shops, and it will be both convenient and comfortable for TopLine's members to do their banking."
