PALO ALTO, Calif — United Nations Federal Credit Union will institute PortAuthority's Information Leak Protection (ILP) solution to protect its confidential information and members' personal data.

Through PortAuthority's ILP technology, UNFCU can protect the privacy of its members' information and enhance its ability to comply with NCUA guidelines, as well as international regulations as it continues to expand overseas.

"We evaluated the major players in this space, and selected PortAuthority because we needed a product that would not just log activity, but would also report it and enforce our policies," said Michael L. Walker, manager of Information Security at UNFCU. "The staff and technical resources of PortAuthority were responsive to our needs. We also liked the appliance form factor feature, which makes installation and roll-out easier."
