PORTLAND, Ore. — OnPoint Community Credit Union has promoted Cecile Wood to vice president/consumer products. Prior to her promotion, Wood managed the Lloyd Center branch, the credit union's largest. In her new position, Wood will be responsible for the development and implementation of product and service initiatives. She also chairs the credit union's Pricing Committee, which is responsible for the analysis and recommendation of deposit and loan pricing. She also develops strategies for better serving members and identifies and organizes community relations programs.
Wood's entire career has been in the area of financial services, including 17 years in retail management and delivery. Before joining OnPoint, she held management positions with a Department of Defense credit union located overseas.
