BALTIMORE — SECU Credit Union is showering its members with thank you gifts of over $1 million.
To celebrate its excellent financial year, SECU has opted to give back to members in a meaningful way. Thank you gifts range from $50 gas cards for anyone purchasing or refinancing a vehicle with a SECU auto loan; $75 cash deposit for opening a checking account with direct deposit prior to November 30, 2006; and waived fees for Online Bill Pay, use of ATMs outside of SECU's network and the $.25 fee for ATM and Check Card point of sale purchases. "SECU is having a good year thanks to the commitment of our members to trust us with their financial services needs. Because we are a not-for-profit credit union that exists solely to help our members achieve their financial goals and dreams, it is our responsibility–and our pleasure–to share SECU's earnings with them," said SECU CEO Rod Staatz.
