FORT WORTH, Texas — The LoanLink Center, a CUNA Mutual and credit union system- owned lending call center, has hired two executives.

Nil Wirstrom will serve as operations manager and will lead day-to-day operations responsible for driving customer service, operational efficiency and ensuring a smooth transition to the company's new customer operations center here.

In another management move, Dorothy Leaderer was named director, contact center and product administration for the Fort Worth operation.

Wirstrom, who will report to Leaderer, has more than 15 years of leadership experience in the lending operations industry. He was most recently senior vice president of the National Servicing Center of AmeriCredit Financial Services, a Forth Worth-based vehicle finance company. Leaderer brings more than 25 years of insurance industry experience coming from Fireman's Fund's Dallas service center.

In July, as part of its three-year change initiative, CUNA Mutual broke ground on its new Fort Worth customer operations center with expected completion in the spring of 2007. The new facility will house CUNA Mutual's customer service operations for its collateral protection insurance product and more than 200 employees of the LoanLink Center. Currently, the customer operations center is operating in temporary offices near the new facility.

Mike Armstrong, sales director for the LoanLink Center, who has served as interim general manager and sales director since June, will now resume his role as sales leader focused on growing the business and meeting customer needs.
