SAN FRANCISCO — There's a new look and feel to CMG Mortgage Insurance Company's Web site.

According to CMG MI, the recently revamped site, www.cmgmi.com, now offers an easy-to-navigate interface with increased functionality and quicker access to key services.

“The goal was to create a site that answered our customers' needs and supported their actual usage patterns,” said Joe Lynch, CMG MI's director of technology. “At the same time, we wanted to develop a centralized online repository for all of CMG MI's products and services, including e-commerce links. To achieve this we had to reengineer our existing Web site and improve the user interface.”

The Web site revamp represents the first step in CMG MI's plan to expand its online capabilities including easy access to information on training sessions, as well as rates and guidelines for the company's mortgage insurance products.

In addition, the site provides links to e-cmgmi, an origination and servicing platform designed to accelerate mortgage insurance turnaround time and its new Junior Liens mortgage insurance system, which provides mortgage insurance on high loan-to-value second liens.

Licensed in all states, CMG Mortgage Insurance Company operates as a joint venture between CUNA Mutual Investment Corporation and PMI Mortgage Insurance Company.
