MADISON, Wis. — BECU Product/Delivery Channel Management Vice President/Chief Lending Officer Joe Brancucci and Financial Partners Credit Union President/CEO Nader Moghaddam were unanimously elected chair and vice chair, respectively, of the CUNA Council Forum.
The Council Forum promotes the cooperation and effectiveness of the CUNA Councils through advocacy, education, and professional resources. In addition to the chair and vice chair appointments, the forum is comprised of two representatives from each of the six CUNA Councils.
Brancucci will replace Scott Waite, senior vice president and chief financial officer of Patelco Credit Union upon completion of his term. Brancucci has served on the Council Forum since 2001 and since 2000 in a variety of roles on the CUNA Lending Council executive committee, including most recently as chair.

Moghaddam, is completing his term as chair of the CUNA Operations, Sales, and Service Council and has been a member of the forum since 2002. He also held several positions on the OpSS Council executive committee since 2001.

o CUNA OpSS Council – Keith Kauffeld, chief operating officer for Air Academy FCU in Colorado Springs, Colo.; and
o CUNA Technology Council – Brian Warfel, senior vice president of sales and service for Power 1 CU in Pembroke Pines, Fla., and Gail Koehler, vice president of technology and retail delivery for Purdue Employees FCU in West Lafayette, Ind.
