ANCHORAGE, Alaska — Alaska USA Federal Credit Union's subsidiary Alaska USA Insurance Brokers is branching out.
The firm is set to acquire the Anchorage office of Willis of Alaska, which has a diversified book of commercial insurance business, including property and casualty, employee benefits and risk management services.
Although terms were not disclosed the transaction is expected to close in the third quarter.

The acquisition is only for the Anchorage operations, which will be integrated into Alaska USA Insurance Brokers and operate under that name.
