COLLINSVILLE, Ill. — Pending regulatory approval and member approval, Unit 10 Credit Union and Scott Credit Union plan to merge.
Scott Credit Union President/CEO Frank M. Padak said he anticipates the merger to be completed late this year.
"We have had a long-standing relationship with Unit 10 and the merger really benefits both organizations," Padak added. "With Scott Credit Union, the Unit 10 members will have the benefit of our expanded services."

Once the merger is completed, the Unit 10 branch on Morrison Avenue in Caseyville will begin operating as Scott CU's 10th location.
Unit 10 CU's 1,200 members will be added to Scott CU's over 55,000 members and after the merger Scott CU will have $390 million in assets.
