HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — Alabama Governor Robert Riley praised the $1.9 billion Redstone Federal Credit Union for being the first credit union in North Alabama to offer its members access to an ATM equipped with imaging.

"I would like to congratulate Redstone Federal Credit Union for opening this new ATM in Five Points…and being the first credit union in North Alabama to offer this enhanced financial technology," Riley said. "It certainly makes sense for Redstone, being the largest credit union in Alabama, and located in the high-tech city of Huntsville, to be the first credit union in North Alabama to offer this service for its members."

The ATM, which the CU has dubbed an "Xtreme ATM", is an NCR product.
