NEWPORT NEWS, Va. — The $1.1 billion Langley Federal Credit Union recently installed $uper$aver Coin Counters at its Coliseum, Air Force, and Denbigh branches. The self-service coin machine automatically counts loose change and provides a receipt for the funds. This receipt can then be given to the teller for cash or as a deposit into an account. With grocery stores charging up to 10% for this service, the coin counters are another way LFCU is helping to save members money and time, the CU said. As an added benefit, the machine provides the option of following instructions in English or Spanish.
