DULUTH, Ga. — Design/build firm Consultants & Builders, Inc. is celebrating its 20th anniversary.
A second generation, family-owned business, CBI was founded by Jim Williams in 1986 with an exclusive focus on the development of financial institutions within the Southeastern U.S. Today the company boasts over 400 clients and a staff that has grown from a family of five to over 45 full-time employees. Services now range from facility design, interior design and construction to branding and retail delivery services.
In the past three years, to accommodate its continued growth, CBI purchased and renovated a 20,000 square-foot building located on three acres. CBI was recently named one of Atlanta's fastest-growing companies by the Atlanta Business Chronicle and was also ranked on Inc. Magazine's list of America's 500 fastest-growing private companies in 2005.
