TUKWILA, Wash. — Tracy Ashfield, president, Strategic Mortgage Solutions, has joined the Prime Alliance management team.

For the past three years, Ashfield has headed up Prime Alliance's consulting business. In her new role, she'll continue to consult as well as launch SMS University, which PA describes as a source for credit unions "for strategic and tactical education on housing, real estate, housing finance, secondary marketing servicing and the strategic lending issues facing our industry."

In addition to Ashfield, Nizar Hashlamon, formerly secondary marketing manager with Bank Fund Staff FCU, has also joined the PA management team as vice president of CU Lending Solutions. He will focus on four areas: defining PA's secondary marketing strategy, helping to build Prime Alliance Credit Union Servicing, consulting with credit unions on secondary marketing, servicing and other issues, and helping the PA account team build actionable strategic plans with PA clients.
