Capital Communications Federal Credit Union, Albany, N.Y., will honor 8-year old Noah Fowler with a tree planting ceremony at his school. Noah won the CU's 2006 Earth Day drawing contest for four through eight year olds. Paula Stopera, the CU's CEO, Kerry Flynn, principal of Loudonville Elementary, along with Noah will plant an Eastern Redbud Tree at Loudonville Elementary. Stopera and Fran Publiese, principal of Blue House, Goff Middle School, will help 11 year old Laura Patrick, the winner for the nine through 12 year olds' Earth Day drawing contest, plant a Weeping Cherry Tree in the flower garden located in the Goff Organic Garden.
