Denver Media Credit Union, Denver, has announced that its President/CEO L. Bartell Nyberg is retiring. Nyberg has been president/CEO since 1990 and prior to assuming that position, served on the CU’s board for 10 years. Travis Credit Union, Vacaville, Calif., has appointed Richard Roark to vice president of process improvement and network security and Misun Thompson to vice president of collections and insurance. Denali Alaskan Federal Credit Union, Anchorage, Alaska, has promoted Molly Redman-Ahren to branch manager of its Huffman branch. Branda Anderson, CEO of Colorado United Credit Union, Denver, has been appointed to the board of trustees of Western CUNA Management School. Anderson will assume the seat of departing board member Mike Litzau. Columbia Credit Union, Vancouver, Wash., has named two assistant vice presidents to the sales and services department, Cindy High will oversee the sales and service efforts of the Cascade Park, Salmon Creek, Downtown and Eastridge branches and Sheri Johnson will lead the Riverstone and Ridgefield branches as well as the Member Service Call Center and Card Services. Rogue Federal Credit Union, Medford, Ore., has appointed Paul Moretti as the newest home loan center’s residential loan officer. Los Angeles Firemen’s Credit Union, Pasadena, Calif., has promoted Richard Romero to chief operations officer.
