PORTLAND, Ore. — Following up on Online Resources Corp.'s purchase of payments processor Princeton eCom, Corillian Corp. says it is expanding its relationship with the Virginia-based e-commerce provider.

Corillian, provider of online banking to about 30 million consumers through more than 120 credit union and bank clients, now will re-sell Online Resources' bill-payment and customer-care services.

Portland-based Corillian already had a referral arrangement with Princeton eCom, and "we are excited to build our long-standing relationship as it becomes part of the Online Resources organization," says Alex Hart, Corillian president and CEO. "The expanded partnership gives us the ability to tightly integrate our online banking applications with Online Resources' payments capabilities, bringing a lot of benefits to our clients." Matt Lawlor, chairman and CEO of 3,800-client Online Resources, says, "By combining our bill pay and customer-care strength with Corillian's distribution and presentment capabilities, we can take our partnership to a new level.
