MADISON, Wis. – L9.com’s Behavior Based Promotion Manager has helped the company walk away with the CUNA Technology Council’s Best of Show Award for the second consecutive year. The winning needs-based marketing product tracks members’ behavior giving credit unions the ability to place specific promotions based on what their members click on to help increase potential transactions. In 2005, L9.com won the Best of Show Award for its “Safe2Login” third party trust authority, a layered security solution developed to combat the national phishing and pharming attack epidemic. The Technology Council’s Best of Show Award honors industry exhibitors that demonstrate a commitment to delivering technology that will further the growth of products and services in the credit union marketplace. Winners are selected based on the following criteria: benefit to credit unions and/or their members; commitment to open standards; knowledge and interest of the credit union industry and its market; affordability of product, especially for small credit unions; current use of product with an indication that product is not “vaporware”; and the company’s future longevity. Created in 2005, L9.com is a credit union service organization formed through a partnership between Level 9 and New England FCU to advance the online channel for credit unions of all sizes.
