WASHINGTON-The Independent Community Bankers of America announced last week that it has promoted Aaron Stetter to director of state relations. As such, he will serve as the national liaison for ICBA’s network of 41 state and regional partner associations. “Aaron has proven a great asset to ICBA since joining our team,” Camden R.
