WASHINGTON-The Independent Community Bankers of America announced last week that it has promoted Aaron Stetter to director of state relations. As such, he will serve as the national liaison for ICBA's network of 41 state and regional partner associations. "Aaron has proven a great asset to ICBA since joining our team," Camden R. Fine, ICBA president and CEO, said. "He is helping ICBA build strong relationships with its state and regional partners which benefits community banks nationwide." Stetter joined ICBA last September as the associate director of state relations. He is responsible for further strengthening relations with ICBA's state and regional partners. The association is looking to pinpoint ways to work together to promote community banking via advocacy, products and services and communication.
