NEW YORK – Newtek Business Services, Inc., a provider of business services and financial products to the small business market, has hired three more persons to its accounting and finance department.

Robert Abramowski, James Werner, and Victor Karim are the newest hires. A CPA, Werner's previous experience includes WE Media, Inc., a controller for J.P. Morgan Securities, Ernst & Young, LLP and Deloitte & Touche, LLP. Abramowski, also a CPA, has more than 20 years of experience including at Team Health, Inc. and a CFO at a publicly-traded company. Karim's experience includes stints at XL Global Services and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
