North Jersey Federal Credit Union, Totowa, N.J., has promoted Joan Mirante to vice president of human resources. Guardian Federal Credit Union, Portsmouth, Va., has re-elected Loren P. Tschohl to a three-year term and elected Mary H. Norris and Lewis Fisher Jr. to three-year terms. The oard elected its officers as: Richard J. Losea, chairman; Loren P. Tschohl, vice chairman; and Steven D. Whitehead, secretary/treasurer.
