ALEXANDRIA, Va. – NCUA issued prohibition orders against credit union executives earlier this month.

Cheryle Dutton, former manager of NORTEX Federal Credit Union in Gainesville, Texas, and Joan Beseler, former CEO of the First Hialeah Community Federal Credit Union in Hialeah, Fla., agreed to prohibition orders to avoid litigation without admitting or denying fault.

Additionally, former Desert Medical Federal Credit Union (Scottsdale, Ariz.) Operations Specialist/Loan Officer Jean I. Mohney was convicted of theft and placed on five years probation and ordered to pay $364,263 in restitution.
