ST. LOUIS – Design/build firm HBE Corporation has recently named Scott Berlinger chief information officer.
Berlinger will be responsible for leading and managing HBE's information technology, including the firm's technical infrastructure and operations.
He brings more than 30 years of domestic and international experience managing industries in their effective use of information technology.

Most recently, he was chief information officer at a start-up debt collection corporation. There he developed the new technology infrastructure of the entire organization. Berlinger currently serves as the vice-chairman of the Citizens MIS Advisory Committee for the City of Chesterfield. He received his BA in journalism and his MBA with an emphasis in marketing and finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
