MINNEAPOLIS – Wolters Kluwer Financial Services said CU Business Group, LLC has signed on to use its Rembrandt Lending System for business lending documentation.
The Rembrandt Lending solution aims to help credit unions simplify the documentation process and allows them to offer personalized business lending services to members while helping them to reduce compliance and operational risks, according to Wolters Kluwer.
CU Business Group went with Wolters Kluwer after it "reached a point in its growth where we felt we needed a strategic partner for loan documents who could satisfy our current needs, as well as our future needs in terms of technology and software support," said Brian Rose, vice president and loan servicing manager.

The corporate credit union-owned CU Business Group provides business lending, deposit, and consulting services to 185 credit unions in 27 states. Wolters Kluwer provides software, electronic documents, or paper documents for business lending to nearly 6,000 financial institutions including more than 600 credit unions.
