HARRISBURG, Pa. – The Pennsylvania Credit Union Association Board of Directors has re-elected its chairman and vice chair.
Officers re-elected were Erie FCU President/CEO Norb Kaczmarek and Hershey FCU President/CEO Diana Roberts. Kaczmarek represents District 1 and has been a PCUA director since 1997, and will serve as board chairman for one year. Vice Chair Roberts represents District 8 and has been serving since 1992. Roberts also serves on the board of CUNA representing Pennsylvania.
In addition to board elections, Freedom CU Chairman Joseph Yerkes has been named the 2006 Joseph Moore Outstanding Volunteer of the Year. In service to credit unions since 1972, Yerkes was honored for his tireless dedication to improving members' lives for the past 33 years.

He has been active in the Lower Bucks County Chapter since its inception and served as treasurer until 2005. Being involved in political activism is also a passion of Yerkes, who freely gives his time as a true volunteer for the credit union movement. Yerkes is also involved in community and church events.
The award is presented in memory of Joseph A. Moore, who served on the PCUA board from 1936-1972.
