OREGON, Ohio – To help celebrate National Credit Union Youth Week, Bay Area Credit Union's own Boomer and his sidekick, Bean-Counter stopped by four kindergarten classes at Coy Elementary School.
Bean-Counter read a story The Three S's of Money. After learning about saving, spending and sharing, every child received a hug or a high-five from Boomer.
In addition, special Boomer coin purses were presented along with a Boomer Buck to "cash in" when opening a new account during National Credit Union Youth Week.
