DUBLIN, Ohio – Two new directors are joining the board of American Share Insurance following its April 19 annual meeting.
Credit Union 1 President and CEO Paul Simons and California Credit Union League Executive Vice President D. Matthew Davidson won three-year terms on the ASI board at the Annual Meeting of Participating Credit Unions last month.
ASI directors are elected from the membership and are responsible for setting company policy and developing business strategies and plans. ASI is the largest primary private deposit insurance provider in the country.
