Mountain America Credit Union, West Jordan, Utah, has promoted Suzanne Oliver to senior vice president of educational services; Marshall Paepke to senior vice president of human resources; Tony Rasmussen to senior vice president of electronic services; Michael Turner to senior vice president of commercial lending; and Annette Zimmerman to senior vice president of business services, select member services and women’s financial services network. Northwest Resource Federal Credit Union, Portland, Ore., has appointed Charlotte (Char) Shinn as president/CEO. Beginning April 3, Shinn is replacing Patricia Elliot who retired in January. During her 12 years at Northwest Resource, Elliot helped the CU grow from $33 million to $76 million in assets. Elliot is admired and respected by members, staff, and credit union colleagues for her leadership, integrity and dedication to the credit union movement. Hawaii State Federal Credit Union, Honolulu, has elected to its board, Amy Motooka, chairwoman; Beverly Ing Lee, vice chairwoman; Tit Mun Chun, treasurer; Louise Akamine, secretary; Andrew Endo; Peter Leong; and David Shimabukuro.
