Northwest Resource Federal Credit Union, Portland, Ore., has appointed Charlotte (Char) Shinn as president/CEO. Beginning April 3, Shinn is replacing Patricia Elliot who retired in January. During her 12 years at Northwest Resource, Elliot helped the CU grow from $33 million to $76 million in assets. Elliot is admired and respected by members, staff, and credit union colleagues for her leadership, integrity and dedication to the credit union movement.
