SAN ANTONIO – Todd Renaud, assistant vice president of integrated solutions for Security Service Federal Credit Union, was recently selected to receive the “40 Under 40″ Rising Star Award. Renaud was recognized for his superior professional contributions and leadership roles to the credit union. This annual award, presented by the San Antonio Business Journal, honors 40 of the area’s brightest young professionals under age 40 who are making their mark in the business community. Renaud came to SSFCU in 2002 with nine years of experience using technology to improve business. He currently oversees the integrated solutions department that designs, develops, and implements technology applications for the credit union. His extensive technical background and experience have helped produce significant software enhancements and cost savings for Security Service. “I’m a technology-based person who wants to see it continue to thrive and help the community at all levels,” says Renaud. In just three years, Renaud has spearheaded several special projects, which have increased efficiency and enhanced convenience for the organization and its members. In addition to his business accomplishments, Renaud serves on several professional organizations like the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce Technology Committee’s Blue Ribbon Task Force and the St. Phillip’s College IT advisory committee. He is the sixth SSFCU senior manager to be selected for this recognition in the last seven years. -
