WOODBURY, Minn. – Postal CU's community field of membership has gotten larger. The $380 million PCU was approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce to serve Anoka, Chisago and Hennepin counties. The CU received similar approval in 2002 to serve Dakota, Ramsey and Washington counties. PCU has nearly 39,000 members.
