WASHINGTON-A former CUNA senior vice president has moved on yet again. Carl Parks left CUNA's top lobbyist spot in 2001 to join the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America. The insurance trade association confirmed that he exited his post there a few weeks ago. While at CUNA, Parks was involved in pushing the Credit Union Membership Access Act (H.R. 1151) through and served as a member of President George W. Bush's transition team and the Government Affairs Committee for the 2000 Republican Convention. He had served at CUNA since 1997.
