PASADENA, Calif. -Wescom Resources Group has signed Duke University Federal Credit Union to use its newest software solution- the CUDL3 Interface. The new solution integrates with CU Direct's CUDL3 system, which enables Symitar's Episys credit unions to review and process auto loan applications submitted at the dealership. The new platform was developed by WRG to bring credit unions using the CUDL3 system the same efficient automation already available in WRG's CUDL Work Flow Manager Interface. The CUDL3 Interface has a range of features that include automated processes for reviewing existing member accounts on the host system and for performing identity verification on new members. Other features include account creation for new members, and the transfer of applicant, vehicle, loan, and credit report data to the host with a mouse-click. The new CUDL3 Interface enables credit unions to write additional data to the host system by adding user defined questions. Each credit union can use this feature to track what is most important to its business. For example, it can track which members purchased alternate offerings at the dealer such as GAP or extended warranty. Security features include an optional real-time integration with eFunds ChexSystems or Primary Payment Systems' Identity Check which allows credit union staff to validate identity and prevent fraud without ever leaving WRG's CUDL3 Interface.
