CINCINNATI – Design/build firm DEI Incorporated has recently tapped former Notre Dame Head Coach Gerry Faust to get staffers excited about the upcoming year. Faust's message reinforced the value of teamwork through humorous anecdotes from his career as well as touching stories of triumph. A spiritual man, he included the importance of personal growth, setting goals and putting forth your personal best. DEI employees were even given the opportunity to talk to Faust after his speech where he took the time to hand out personally autographed copies of his book, The Golden Dream. "Richard and I are so pleased that Coach Faust did such a great job of pointing out the parallels of our employee's responsibilities with that of a successful foot team," said DEI's Executive Vice President and Co-Owner Cynthia Grow. "I have received a huge number of `thank you's' from our staff for bringing in Coach Faust to speak."
