ARLINGTON, Va.- With the resignation of NAFCU Treasurer BillCheney from the board, NAFCU's board acted to elect two newofficers. Nevada Federal Credit Union CEO Brad Beal was elected toreplace Cheney as treasurer. Dave Gilbert, chairman of AberdeenProving Ground Federal Credit Union, was voted in to succeed Bealas board secretary. The Summit Federal Credit Union CEO Mike Vadalaand Campus Federal Credit Union CEO John Milazzo remain as chairmanand vice chairman, respectively. Cheney recently announced that hewas leaving his post as CEO of Xerox Federal Credit Union to becomeCEO of the California and Nevada Credit Union Leagues. He decidednot to keep his seat on the NAFCU Board.
