SEATTLE – Two more credit unions have gone with Pemco Technologies for their card processing. The $111 million Five County Credit Union, headquartered in Bath, Maine and the $39 million Keypoint Credit FCU, headquartered in Baton Rouge, Louisiana both chose the firm last week. In addition, the company signed a deal which will let it offer wireless ATM driving, closing a deal with Transaction Network Services, Inc. One of Pemco's solution offerings is transaction services for ATMs. In the past, this service has been provided through VPN and frame relay technology. TNS will enable Pemco to expand its offerings in the off-premise ATM market through wireless and dial-up communications. With TNS' ATMLink solution, there is no delay in putting the ATM to work, since there is no need to wait for a phone line. For the merchant, it provides the flexibility of moving the ATM within the store for optimum placement.
