SANTA ANA, Calif. – The Credit Union Information Security Professionals Association (CUISPA) has named IT provider Compushare as an affiliate member. Compushare's consultative solutions group assists credit unions with risk and compliance in areas such as GLBA compliance, information security and business continuity. Its integration practice manages projects including large IT upgrades, rollouts, and core software conversions, while providing the hardware and software associated with these projects. "CUISPA was organized to foster cooperation among credit union IT professionals and industry stakeholders in an effort to improve security practices throughout the industry," said CUISPA executive director Kelly Dowell. "Compushare's extensive experience with credit union IT operations and their commitment to the industry made them a logical candidate for our Affiliate Member Program."
