WASHINGTON-Jill Jarman, director of advocacy and communication with the Montana Credit Union Network, will assume the post of manager at Credit Union House on Capitol Hill as of Jan. 3. Most recently in her four years of service at the Montana league, Jarman served as government and political specialist focusing on state legislative and political fundraising issues. Jarman previously worked for the American Red Cross. She holds a bachelor's degree in public relations and communications from Carroll College in Helena, Mont., and is scheduled to complete her master's degree in public administration in Spring 2006. Jarman replaces Kyle Noble who left earlier this year. Credit Union House was established in 2001 to represent credit unions' permanent presence on Capitol Hill. The facility hosts nearly 100 events every year for credit union groups and others.
