ARLINGTON, Va.-NAFCU has announced the initial steps of its 2006 board election process. Two seats will be open with Chairman Mike Vadala, CEO of The Summit Federal Credit Union, and Brian McDonnell, Navy Federal Credit Union board member and retired CEO, termed out. NAFCU's bylaws permit a maximum of three, three-year terms for board members. Up for re-election will be Nationwide Federal Credit Union CEO Paula Edwards and Xerox Federal Credit Union CEO Bill Cheney, NAFCU's secretary, who currently occupy at-large board seats.
