MADISON, Wis. – After 32 years of service, Michael Daubs, chief investment officer for MEMBERS Capital Advisors, announced this year he will retire in March 2006. Daubs was there in 1982 when MEMBERS Capital was launched and led the development of many of the fund families which have grown to more than $5 billion in assets. Other product launches during his tenure were CUNA Mutual Notes which has $500 million invested; the Mutual fund wrap account in 2000 with $500 million invested; and a risk management and liability function rolled out in 1993 that has grown and expanded beyond Daub's expectations. David Marks, former Citigroup Insurance Investments senior executive vice president and chief investment officer, was tapped to succeed Daubs.
