TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The Florida Credit Union League will now be offering its members the Internet-based knowledge management system from SilverCloud Software. Now in use by about 100 credit unions, the platform improves employee productivity and member service by centralizing information in such areas as products and promotions, human resources and internal policies, compliance regulations, IT resources and more, according to New Hampshire-based SilverCloud. (www.silvercloudsoftware.com.) The SilverCloud system will save time and reduce costs in answering member and staff inquiries while retaining internal expertise and reducing training time, says Marvin Garland, COO for FCUL Service Group Inc. "The goal is to assist credit unions in providing higher-quality member service and reducing cost in their organizations," he says. About 20 credit unions were involved in the original creation of the SilverCloud platform.
